Client Management Jobs Near Me | Hiring Companies’ Job Descriptions

Client management Jobs involve the process of overseeing and coordinating an organization’s interactions with its clients and potential clients. Note that “clients” and “customers” can be different, in part based on how and what they buy from a company.

This role involves supervising client relationships and retaining clients by providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues. They may also be responsible for ensuring that the company’s products or services meet customer expectations.

However, client management and customer management are not entirely the same; think about it like this: customers are mainly taking part in a one-time transaction to satisfy a short-term or singular need, while clients are taking part in a business relationship over time that satisfies a series of needs.
