Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA)
This is among many of the prestigious scholarship offers opened to international students who desire to enroll in a graduate program at a Singaporean institution of higher learning.
The scholarship is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, The National University of Singapore (NUS), Technology and Research (A*STAR) Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
The scholarship provides full funding including a complete tuition fee for the duration of the doctoral program, a monthly stipend of SGD 2000-2500, a one-time travel grant of SGD 1500, and a settling allowance of SGD 1000.

Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award (SIPGA)
Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award is another prestigious award that is given to foreign students studying for bachelor’s or master’s degrees program in an institution of higher learning in Singapore.
The award is financed by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. The students considered for the award should have a significant interest in biomedical, scientific, or engineering research. For the time of their research engagement, successful students are awarded a monthly stipend of SGD 15,000.

GIIS Singapore Global Citizen Scholarship
The GIIS Global Scholarship is a scholarship that is organized by the Global Indian International School and it is offered to students with exceptional educational abilities who are done with class 10th to continue their studies in Singapore. Many successful students receive up to SGD 90,000 in financial aid.
INSEAD Scholarships
These scholarships are provided to MBA programs by the INSEAD Business School one of the prestigious business schools in the world, and can offer a maximum grant of SGD 22,500. Scholarships are awarded for MBA studies to citizens of emerging countries who live and work in developing countries.
These scholarships are, however, offered based on academic success, business and financial management prowess, desire to contribute to nation-building, and leadership potential.
President’s Graduate Fellowship
This graduate fellowship is offered by the National University of Singapore and it is open to applicants from around the globe enrolled in a Ph.D. program. The fellowship is a one-year fellowship covering full tuition, a one-time settling allowance (SGD 1000), a one-time travel allowance (SGD 750), and a monthly stipend (SGD 3000).
Science and Technology Undergraduate Scholarship (National University of Singapore)
The National University of Singapore ranks amongst the top 15 universities in the world and is well known for advanced science and technology education. The Science and Technology Undergraduate Scholarship scheme is available for students who desire to study courses in Engineering, Computing, and Science.
This scholarship covers the full tuition fee for the entire duration of the program at the National University of Singapore and also provides cover for flights and lodging. The student will also get an annual stipend of SGD 6,000 and a one-time settling-in fee of SGD 200.
Goh Keng Swee Scholarship
The Goh Keng Swee Scholarship is named after Singapore’s former Deputy Prime Minister; it is also a private-sector scholarship administered by the Association of Banks in Singapore. It offers up to 4 scholarships yearly to excellent students who are citizens of 15 Asia-Pacific countries.
The scholarships can be held at Singapore Management University, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, and Singapore University of Technology and Design.
The Scholarship covers full tuition fees and other expenses such as dormitory allowance, return flight, annual maintenance allowance of SGD 6,500, and a one-time settling-in stipend.
